Tracking Your Order with Apple

When you place an order with Apple, you can easily track its progress online. To do so, you will need to sign in with your Apple ID on the Your Orders page.

Sign in to Your Account

• Visit the Apple website (apple.com) and click on the “Sign in” link in the top right corner of the page.
• Enter your Apple ID and password to sign in to your account.

Go to Your Orders Page

• Once you are signed in, click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select “Your Orders” from the drop-down menu.

Locate Your Order

• You will be presented with a list of your recent orders. Find the order you want to track and click on it.

Track Shipment

• On the order details page, click on the “Track Shipment” button. This will open a new window with the tracking information for your order.

Track Information

• The tracking page will display the following information:
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Tracking number
  • Shipping address
• If you made multiple purchases in the same order, you may have separate tracking information for each item.

Notifications

• Apple will also send you email and text notifications with order updates, including when your order is shipped, out for delivery, and delivered.

Other Tracking Options

• You can also track your order using the Apple Store app on your iPhone or iPad.
• If you have a UPS My Choice account, you can track your Apple order by entering the tracking number on the UPS website.

Note:

• Tracking information may not be available immediately after you place your order. It may take some time for the shipping carrier to process your order and update the tracking status.
