Access Your CEAC Case Online

1. Visit the CEAC website at https://ceac.state.gov/processingdates.
2. Click on the “Case Status” link under the “Immigrant Visas” tab.
3. Enter your case number and invoice ID, which can be found in your NVC welcome letter.
4. Click the “Login” button to access your case.

Locate and Select the Fee

5. Once you have logged in, locate the “Fees” section on your case summary page.
6. Identify the appropriate fee that you need to pay. This will typically be one of the following:
   • Affidavit of Support (AOS)
   • Immigrant Visa (IV)

Initiate Payment

7. Click the “PAY NOW” button next to the fee that you wish to pay.
8. This will redirect you to the Department of State’s payment gateway.
