If you no longer need your Grab account but do not have access to the associated phone number, you can still permanently delete it by following these steps:

1. Navigate to Your App Settings:

• Open the Grab app on your device.
• Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
• Scroll down and select “Settings.”

2. Submit a Support Ticket:

• Scroll down to the bottom of the “Settings” menu and tap on “Help.”
• Select “Contact Support.”
• Choose the “Account” category.
• Tap on “Delete Account.”

3. Provide Necessary Information:

• Enter your email address associated with the Grab account you want to delete.
• Explicitly state that you are requesting the deletion of your account.

4. Submit the Request:
