Do You Still Need to Submit an Arrival Card?
Yes, Singapore Immigration requires all travelers to submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) prior to their arrival. This form can be submitted online or via a mobile application.
How to Submit the SG Arrival Card
Online submission:
- Visit the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website: https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/
- Click on “Apply for SGAC”
- Fill out the required information, including passport details, travel itinerary, and health declaration
- Submit the form
Mobile application submission:
- Download the “SG Arrival Card” app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Create an account and fill out the required information
- Submit the form
Upon Arrival at Singapore Immigration
Once you arrive at the Singapore Immigration desk, present your passport for verification. The immigration officer will scan your passport and check your SGAC submission. You may be asked additional questions about your purpose of visit and travel history.
Note:
- The SGAC should be submitted within three days of your arrival in Singapore.
- Failure to submit the SGAC may result in a fine of up to S$1,000 (approximately US$735).
- Travelers with a valid visa for Singapore, such as a long-term pass or work permit, are exempt from submitting the SGAC.
