How to Modify Boarding Point and Passenger Name Request Form

Effective January 28, 2016, e-ticket holders can conveniently modify their boarding points online. This service is available up to 24 hours before departure.

Steps to Change Your Boarding Point Online:

1. Visit the airline’s website where you originally purchased your ticket.
2. Locate the “Manage My Booking” or “Check-In” section.
3. Enter your booking reference number or ticket number and last name.
4. Click on the option to “Modify Boarding Point.”
5. Select your preferred new boarding point from the available options.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the modification.

Note: You may need to pay a fee for changing your boarding point, depending on the airline’s policy.

Modifications to Passenger Name Request Form:

Currently, there is no online option to modify passenger names on e-tickets. If you need to make changes to your passenger name, you must contact the airline directly.

• Call the airline’s customer service number.
• Visit the airline’s website and use the live chat or email support option.
