How do I transfer my global entry to a new passport?
Updating your Global Entry information is simple. Log into your Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account and use the Update Documents feature. Name changes require an in-person visit to a Global Entry enrollment center; otherwise, online updates suffice.

- Click on the “Update Documents” feature. The Update Documents feature is located under the “My Profile” tab.
- Follow the instructions to update your passport information. You will need to provide your new passport number and expiration date.
- Submit your changes. Once you have updated your passport information, click on the “Submit” button.
If You Have a Name Change
If you have a name change, you will need to visit a Global Entry enrollment center in person to update your information. You can find a list of Global Entry enrollment centers at https://www.cbp.gov/global-entry/enrollment-centers.
