How to Deactivate GrabPay Later

GrabPay Later, a convenient mobile payment and credit service, provides users with access to instant credit for various transactions. However, if you wish to discontinue using this service, you can easily deactivate your GrabPay Later account by following these steps:

Step 1: Contact Grab Customer Support

Open the Grab app on your mobile device and tap on the “Help” icon located at the bottom right corner. Scroll down to the “PayLater” section and select the “Contact Us” option.

Step 2: Submit Deactivation Request

In the chatbox that appears, type in your request to deactivate your GrabPay Later account. Clearly state that you have no outstanding payments and request that the account be deactivated effectively upon confirmation.
